The debate on whether gospel artistes should feature secular musicians is an old one.
One school of thought believe that there is nothing wrong for that to happen whereas another faction believe that gospel artistes cannot collaborate with secular musicians as darkness has nothing to do with light.
Such has been the case for female Ghanaian rapper, Eno Barony who has been declined several times by gospel artistes for a collaboration.
Sharing her ordeal in the studios of Okay Fm with Abeiku Santana, Eno Barony posited that gospel musician refusing to work with a secular artiste is very common in our Ghanaian music industry.
According to Eno Barony who is currently out with “Ladies First” album, she called five (5) gospel musicians basically to add their voices to her” Aseda” song on the album but they all refused giving flimsy excuses.
