Although, the 21st Vodafone Ghana Music Awards has ended, it keeps on making headlines and this comes as no surprise considering the controversial nature in which some of the awards were given.
During the award ceremony, one of the most highly contested categories was the ‘Rapper of the year’ award. The category saw Sarkodie, Kwesi Arthur, Medikal, Strongman, Teephlow, E.L and Eno Barony all being nominated. At the end it was Ground up artiste, Kwesi Arthur who emerged as winner of the award.
This has raised lot of controversies with a number of entertainment pundits claiming that Kwesi Arthur did not deserve the award. One of the nominees, Eno Barony was also not happy for failing to win the award.
Reacting to the incident, Eno has released a fire banger titled ‘Game of Thrones’ to diss organisers of the award show.
