‘Doctors Had Given Me 30 Days To Live’ – King Kaka Shares His Struggle With Lung Cavity

Rapper King Kaka has revealed that doctors told him he wouldn’t live to see another year sometime last year.

On September 1, 2021, the multitalented artiste shocked fans when he shared a touching post on his social handles, detailing that he had been ailing for three months.

The father of three was hospitalised for three months at a local hospital, and he narrated a touching story revealing that he had lost 33kgs after he was misdiagnosed.

On January 29, 2022, four months after he was diagnosed with lung cavity, King Kaka has revealed doctors told him he wouldn’t live long.

“Xray showing niko na cavity kwa my two lungs bado walinipa 30 days niishi that was four months ago (the x-ray showed that I had cavity in my two lungs. Doctors told me I wouldn’t live past 30 days),” he said.

A lung cavity or pulmonary cavity is an abnormal, thick-walled, air-filled space within the lung. Cavities in the lung can be caused by infections, cancer, autoimmune conditions, trauma, congenital defects, or pulmonary embolism.
