Despite being slapped with a GH₵700,000 Demand Notice as accumulated outstanding debt owed the boss of Lioness Media, Sally Frimpong, the organizers of Emy Africa Awards 2020 pulled off a successful show.
Among the notable people who bagged enviable awards include Okay FM’ Gilbert ‘Abeiku Santana’ Aggrey, comedian Clemento Suarez and blogger Zionfelix.
The much-publicized awards show was held on Saturday night, July 4, 2020.
