I Switched To Singing Because I Found Rap Difficult – Black Sherif

Black Sherif, Ghana’s newest music phenomenon, has been speaking about his musical heritage after re-emerging on the scene with the release of his “1st Sermon” freestyle.

The young musician who shot to fame after releasing his hit banger “Money” has revealed in his latest interview with Pulse Ghana that he switched from rapping to singing.

When he was in senior high school, Blacko, as he is popularly called, began composing and rapping with his pals.

The gifted rapper then transitioned to singing. He ascribed this to the difficulties of rapping. He stated that he knew how to sing and that it was simpler, therefore the transition.

Blacko stated that his viral song “Money” pushed him to push harder and become global.

He indicated that, he presently does not have a record deal and is open to any record company that offers a decent deal.
