Kenyan music star Esther Akoth alias Akothee has announced that she has been readmitted to the hospital, weeks after being cleared by her doctors.
The Sweet Love hitmaker revealed that she celebrated Jamhuri Day from a hospital bed.
She has shared a series of videos of herself and her lover, Nelly Oaks in the hospital where she was receiving treatment.
The self-proclaimed president of single mothers recently revealed that she is suffering from nerve injury, a condition that causes numbness in the fingers and swollen body.
“I am swollen due to the struggle with sleepless nights of pain. I am afraid to go to bed because I wake up feeling some numbness in my fingers. This situation is scary for me,” she said.
It is not immediately clear whether the singer has been readmitted to the hospital over the same issue.
Recently, Akothee took social media by storm after she claimed that she had welcomed a newborn into her family.
“My bundle of joy is here. Thank you to the woman who carried my baby. May you be blessed Baby Elizabeth,” Akothee captioned a photo where she is seen carrying a baby.
