Afia Schwarzenegger, a Ghanaian comedian and television personality, has chastised Ghanaian celebrities for failing to pay Akuapem Poloo’s bail.
Afia Schwarzenegger has taken to Instagram to ridicule and blast celebrities who have shared and used the hashtag #FreeAkuapem Poloo on their numerous social media pages.
According to Afia Schwarzenegger, celebrities who called for Akuapem Poloo’s release are hypocrites because none of them were willing to help her pay her bail after she was released.
Afia’s comments came after Akuapem Poloo was jailed for 90 days for posting a nude photo of herself with her son on Facebook last year to celebrate his 7th birthday, but she was later given a GHc80,000 bail.
Afia Schwarzenegger, on the other hand, has voiced her outrage and pulled all the celebrities who lobbied for her release but are unable to assist her in paying her bail.
