Songstress Wendy Shay has disclosed the secret to maintaining get banging body.

Wendy Shay is known for her sassy look and the only reason most of us watch her raunchy music videos.

Speaking to Black I on Adom FM, the songstress revealed her regimen as blending uncooked oat with white yogurt.

According to Wendy Shay, the regimen has less fat and very healthy.

“I mix fruits with oats. I don’t cook my oats I eat it raw; I blend it with white yogurts so there is less fat but If I want to be satisfied I add cornflakes,  That’s why my hips are curvy as such.”
