In November 2019, Livingstone Etse Satekla was named as the brand ambassador of the non-alcoholic beverage, Big Boss Energy Drink produced by Bel Beverages.

Barely two months down the line, the dancehall artist has announced being the owner of the franchise. He posted this news on his Instagram Stories and it reads, “did you know @1GAD bought @bigbossghana franchise and owns it now… while it’s still produced by @belbeverages #BO$$ItUp.”

This only means that Stonebwoy has been given the mandate by the manufacturer [Bel Beverages] to distribute and/or use its trademark as far as this drink is concerned. He neither owns the company nor is he part of its operations. In this case, Stonebwoy can open and operate distribution stores in the name of the “Big Boss Energy Drink” brand.

The news was on Twitter’s trends list with the hashtag #StonebwoyBuysBigBoss. His fans as expected celebrated the new milestone and also could not go without throwing a few shades at opana.

Here are some reactions from the fans.
