Stevo Simple Boy has revealed that he failed to perform in Mombasa on Wednesday after he was mistreated by the event organizers.
Speaking through his management MIB, the musician said that the So Fire Fiesta show organizers refused to pay him before his performance.
The musician has apologized to his fans who attended the event with the hope of seeing their favourite artist perform but ended up disappointed.
“MIB management takes this initiative to publicly apologize to Stevo Simple Boy’s fans who showed up for the event that was dubbed Sofire Fiesta,Stevo Simple Boy could not perform yesterday night as earlier agreed because Sofire Ent refused to honour the agreement by paying the artist before he went on stage. For this reason, we did not see the need of having our artist on stage just to fulfil the organizer’s selfish needs.”
“Stevo Simple Boy has also revealed that he was locked in a hotel room since he did not perform yet he was not paid.”

The artist has thanked his management and his fans for the continued support and has promised to ensure such incidents Don’t happen again.
