“Shatta Wale Did Not Send Police To Seize Joint 77’s Car” – Andy Dosty Clears The Air

Published on

Reports were rife yesterday, June 10 over a car Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale bought for his long-time friend, Joint 77 to mark 16 years of their friendship.

Adomfmonline.com broke the news that Shatta Wale had sent personnel from the Ghana Police Service to retrieve the white Toyota Camry from Joint 77 who was in Hitz FM studios for an interview following a heated argument between the two when the former called into the show to clarify things.

This comes after Shatta Wale sacked the ‘Militants’ from the Shatta Movement.

Barely 24 hours after the report went viral, host of the “Daybreak Hitz Entertainment Review Show,” Andy Dosty has come out to clear the air and what really ensued in his studio.

He revealed that Hitz FM called the police to control the situation when things got heated in the studio. The police did not leave with any vehicle.

Shatta Wale didn’t call the police. We called the police because we feared something could happen. The police were only here to intervene and that was the best.

When the police came, they didn’t come to collect a vehicle.

He blamed social media users who do not do proper fact-checking before putting anything out for this mess.
