High-flying Luo singer Evans Ochieng Owino, famously known as Prince Indah, has recently acquired a brand-new Mercedes Benz ML350 4matic.
The Bahati collaborator and ‘Mama Watoto’ hitmaker splashed out on the swanky ride ahead of his highly-anticipated album launch, scheduled for April 1.
Sharing the news on Facebook, the singer’s friend and popular Facebook influencer Zack Opondo congratulated the sensational star and also revealed that the fancy machine was bought in cash.
“Congratulations, my brother Prince Indah. You are the 1st Ohangla artist, nyaka ne Nyasaye chwe piny, who has purchased a Mercedes Benz ML350 in Cash!! Pesa Taslimu!!” he posted.
“(Congratulations, my brother Prince Indah. You are the first Ohangla artist since the beginning of the earth to purchase a Mercedes Benz ML350 4matic in Cash)”
Opondo also asked his followers to join him in congratulating the youthful Ohangla singer.
“Jothurwa konya uru congratulate wuod Nyandare.”
“(My people, help me congratulate the son of Nyandare),” he wrote.
The lakeside star himself confirmed the news to a local website, revealing that it cost him an upwards of Ksh. 6 million.
“It is true I bought a Mercedes Benz ML350 4matic and I’m glad about it. The car cost me KSh 6.8 million,” Indah said.
Besides Bahati, Prince Indah has also worked with Mugithi star Samidoh who he also revealed that he had to teach dholuo as they embarked on recording ‘Bado Nakupenda’.
“Actually, I taught him Dholuo and he taught me the Kikuyu lines,” he told a local publication.
Indah is slated to launch his much-anticipated for album on April 1st.
