Kenyan musician Paul Julius Nunda, professionally known as Jua Cali, has come out to clear the air following an online discussion of his new album “Utu Uzima”.
A section of Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have termed the album, which was released earlier this week, a ‘flop’.
Jua Cali took to social media to dismiss the narrative and said that his music is doing well on all music platforms. He said that his album is trending on Tik Tok with impressive numbers on Spotify and other streaming platforms.
“Fans wangu! The veteran musician explained that the album took him three years to release . He urged his fans to continue listening to his music.
“I took 3 good years to record hii album; the way it’s structured you are supposed to love the music on your own without outside influence, kuna watu kadha already wanainconsider a classic so ukipata time skiza utapenda UTU UZIMA Available on all streaming platforms.
