Wahu is advising the women who are waiting on God for kids to keep their faith going. In February 2022, Wahu shared a post that read;
“If you are waiting on God for a child, may He hear your prayer. Amen.”
In an update, Wahu shared on Facebook that the night she posted that, she was alone in her thoughts and was trying to let go of the dream of being a mum of three.
“I’d had 2 miscarriages in the last couple of years, and that had left my heart so broken 💔💔. I’d been told by a couple of doctors that if I wanted to get pregnant, I needed some sort of intervention…it happens as a woman grows older. I chose not to have any interventions…partly because I was grateful to already have two lovely girls.,” She said
She added “But mostly I didn’t think I could handle another miscarriage. I said that if God wanted me to carry again, it would happen in time. But years went on …and nothing 😔😔😔. The night I wrote this post, I was in a position of gratitude, as I prepared to close the doors on my dream of carrying again. I silently prayed for anyone who was asking to carry a baby…and then I decided to post this….”
She went on to pray for women who are praying to get kids.
…. Little did I know…..God 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😭😭. I’m not sure if I was already PG here, or if I conceived after (it’s a big blur to me! ) All I know…God! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾He makes all things beautiful, and complete in His time 😭😭😭. God gave me Shiru…not because I deserve her…not because I’m so good …just because…..😭😭. I can’t explain how much joy this baby has brought to me!! And to all of us in our home. I pray again, for anyone out there, asking God for a baby…may He hear your prayer 🙏🏾🙏🏾. (But this time God Mimi Niko sawa 😂😝) . I encourage anyone, whatever age you are, whatever condition you may have, it ain’t over till God says so!”
