Fans and followers of Ghanaian socialite known as Hajia4Real are not happy with her for going back on her words.
Hajia4Real who recently celebrated her birthday threatened to sue the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Wontumi, real name Bernard Antwi Boasiako for saying the car and mansion the socialite got as a birthday present were from Ibrahim Mahama.
A furious Hajia4Reall posted the statement on her Instagram and said, “it is only in Africa that some men think women are incapable of achieving success independent of a man. This nonsense must stop. I am willing to fight for this cause for myself and other women of our land.”
Per a statement sighted by OMGVoice, lawyers on behalf of Hajia4Reall asked the politician to render an unqualified apology to their client and retract the statement within 24 hours.
However, it has been way over 24 hours and Chairman Wontumi has neither apologized nor been sued by the entrepreneur but she was seen in an interview on Wontumi TV belonging to the politician and this has got people talking.
Per our recent checks on Hajia4Real’s Instagram page, the post that suggested she was going to sue Chairman Wontumi had been taken down.
Though the reasons for the change of heart is yet to be known, social media users have expressed disappointment for not going ahead with the lawsuit.
