Ziggy is an NFL player formerly with the Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League (NFL) in the United States of America, AmeyawDebrah.com reports.
He was drafted to play for the Detroit Lions in 2013 where he signed a four-year contract.
Through his Ezekiel Ansah Foundation (EAF), Ziggy does many charitable and philanthropic works in Ghana including donations to the KorleBu Teaching Hospital as well as mentoring the youth.

For his good works, the council of elders together with the chief of Akropong Akuapem decided to honour the NFL player upon his visit to pay homage.
Ziggy Ansah was installed as the Abranhene (“King of giants”) for his immense contribution to the community.
The honourary conferment took place in the palace of Okuapehene Oseadeeyo Kwasi Akuffo in the presence of his elders.
After his installation Abranhene Nana Ansah pledged to build a sports academy in Okuapeman to help the youth and develop the sporting activities in Okuapeman. The Eastern regional director for sport development Madam Gifty Fiano and her executives expressed their appreciation and also pledged to work hand in hand as the governing body in the region to make this project a successful one.
