Renowned DJ Mo, born Sammy Muraya, has been hosting the gospel TV show Crossover 101 for several years now.

On Sunday, October 11, the DJ was however a no show and his place was taken by his protégé DJ Ray.

This definitely had something to do with the storm that has hit the entertainer’s family after allegations that he cheated on his wife with a lady called Margret Wanyama. (Photos on our telegram channel)

Nothing was mentioned of the missing father of two by the other host’s Grace Akirapa and MC Price which raised eyebrows as they always inform the public on reasons why he could not make it when he does miss out.

The show went on as usual but the DJ Mo atmosphere was clearly missed with Ray doing his best to ensure he matched up to his mentor.

DJ Mo went on Instagram to shower praises at his ‘son’ saying he was proud of him for standing in and even praying for a blessing upon his life.

“This is @djray_kenya, I am so so proud of him. Seeing him hold the fort on @ntvcrossover101 (as he always does) is such a humbling experience. Ray May God guide you all the days of your life as you serve him. God bless you forever son,” he wrote.
