Singer Kevin Kioko whose stage name is Bahati continues to enjoy and thrive under the radar of his loyal fanbase.
Unlike most artistes struggling to gain numbers on YouTube, Bahati pulled a staggering 1.2 million views of his latest song dubbed ‘Diana’ in two days.
Taking to social media, the artiste could not hide his joy for the new milestone of his project with Bruce Melodie. He wrote;
“Numbers don’t lie. 1 million Youtube views in a day #DIANA is officially a hit.”
The song has since joined the trend list and is currently at number seven. It is also slowly becoming one of Tiktok’s best dance challenges.
In the song, Bahati is seemingly singing to his wife and mother of his three kids Diana Marua whom he recently asked for her hand in marriage for the second time.
The father of five went down on his knees and asked her to marry him at a real wedding seven years after they met.
“This year, I want to marry you in a real wedding, I want us to renew our vows. Will you marry me, Diana?” Bahati asked to which Diana replied in agreement with her eyes in tears.
“She said yes 💍💝💝💍and I officially announce that 12th December is our wedding day,” he wrote.
