Nigerian afrobeat sensation Onyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe popularly known as Ayra Starr is set to perform in Nairobi, Kenya next month.
The ‘Rush” hitmaker who made her first performance in the country last year will be performing at Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) at the Shoke Shoke festival.
In a video posted on Instagram, Ayra Starr confirmed her upcoming show urging her fans to grab their tickets as early as possible.

Through a post on Twitter, the event planners posed: “Utaambia watu nini Ayra Starr akifika Shoke Shoke na ukose?”
According to the Shoke Shoke organizers, the ‘Bloody Samaritan’ hitmaker is set to headline and gear her fans with a rock on March 4, 2023, from 4 pm till late alongside Khaligraph Jones, Mejja, Boutross and the Only Rosa.
The 20-year-old fast-rising star came into the limelight in 2021 after the release of her hit song “Bloody Samaritan” and she is currently signed to Nigerian super producer Don Jazzy’s Marvin Records.
Starr is not only a musician but she is also a songwriter and a model. In 2018 she was signed to Quove Model Company to develop her modelling career but her passion for music would later kick in and take her to the next big level of her life.

Last year, Starr performed in Kenya for the first time where she teamed up with Bien Aime Baraza who surprised fans by bringing the rest of the Sautisol members on stage even though they were not on the performance list.
