He’s come under a lot of criticisms since his brother lost the seat last year. One of them being him issuing dud cheques to the Ghana Revenue Authority to clear his goods from the ports and harbour.
According to the GRA, Ibrahim Mahama’s companies flouted payment plans and also cleared the issue about the dud cheques and stated they were not 44 but 24 and this and many more issues are what got Ghanaians talking. Many hit twitter to discuss their displeasure with the issue and these are some few comments we gathered.
The NDC mp's, communicators suddenly know more about Ibrahim Mahama's businesses and his bank account statuses than him, himself!

My problem isn't even with Ibrahim Mahama, he was just making use of the porous system. It's the people at GRA who must be interrogated 1/3

The only artist from Ghana whose work is grander (in terms of scale) than Ibrahim Mahama is Ibrahim Mahama.

44 dud cheques is not an oversight. It is a deliberate orchestration. I feel sorry for all the victims of Ibrahim Mahama………
